These SMS Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the text messaging program operated by Plaza & Associates (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

When you opt in to our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from Plaza & Associates related to:

– Inspection scheduling and coordination (including milestone inspections and SIRS-related communications)
– Proposal follow-ups and service-related inquiries
– Customer care and account notifications
2. How You Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages by:
– Providing your mobile phone number through our website contact or intake form and checking the SMS consent box
– Providing verbal or written consent during a service engagement
– Texting an opt-in keyword to our business number, if offered
Consent to receive text messages is **not a condition** of purchasing any goods or services from Plaza & Associates.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your project or inquiry. You may receive multiple messages during active scheduling or project phases.
4. Message and Data Rates
**Message and data rates may apply.** Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider according to your wireless plan. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting **STOP** to the number from which you receive our messages. After you send **STOP**, we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you would like to rejoin the program, you may opt in again at any time using any of the methods described in Section 2, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network availability.

Our SMS program is available on major U.S. carriers and their networks. Availability on specific carriers may change without notice.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Mobile information collected through this program will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. 10. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder of the mobile phone number provided, or have the account holder’s permission, to participate in this program.
