50 years of combined experience allow us to present cutting-edge, cost-effective options for a variety of needs and challenges.

We are a full-service engineering and construction management firm with a portfolio of successful projects throughout South Florida, and a unique, deep skillset in high-rise buildings, Condominium Associations, and HOA’s.

We service Miami-Dade, Broward, Collier, and Palm Beach counties. Our objective is to be your trusted advisor throughout the life of the building – dedicated to helping maintain, operate, and monitor sound, safe structures.
